Ref. 5500V/110A-B686 · 2023
Vacheron Constantin's legendary Overseas line got a chronograph upgrade in 1999, and in 2023 they gave us with this panda dial variant that might just be the most sophisticated sports chronograph ever made. The silver sunburst dial with striking black subdials creates a visual masterpiece that combines automotive inspiration with haute horlogerie sophistication. The Maltese cross bezel is instantly recognizable as one of watchmaking's most iconic design signatures. The 42.5mm stainless steel case with integrated lugs features the signature six-sided Maltese cross bezel with screw lock chronograph pushers, silver sunburst satin-finished dial with white gold hour markers and hands filled with Super-LumiNova, three chronograph subdials, and date window at 4:30. Powered by the in-house Caliber 5200 automatic column-wheel chronograph with 22K gold oscillating weight and Hallmark of Geneva certification, delivering 52-hour power reserve and 150-meter water resistance. The watch includes the stainless steel integrated bracelet plus both a black rubber strap and black leather strap with grey stitching, all interchangeable via Vacheron's patented quick-change system.
